CAEFFECT Procedure

Any observation that has missing values for a predicted counterfactual outcome, predicted treatment probability, treatment variable, frequency variable, or weight variable is excluded from the analysis; however, missing values are valid for the treatment variable if you specify the COUNTMISSING option in the TREATVAR statement. If the estimation method requires the observed outcome values, any observation that has a missing value for the outcome is excluded from the analysis; however, missing values are valid for the categorical outcome variable if you specify the COUNTMISSING option in the OUTCOMEVAR statement.
