Open or Close a Flow

Open

On the Flows tab, do either of the following:

• Double-click the flow.
• Right-click the flow, and then select Open.

When you open the flow, if the scenarios are not available, you might need to load the data source into memory. If the data source icon appears without a lightning bolt () and includes (not loaded) next to it’s name, in the flow navigation pane, click the data source and then do one of the following:

• Click on the toolbar.
• Click the Load Data Source button in the details pane.
• Right-click the data source in the flow navigation pane, and then select Load the data source.

The data source icon is updated to indicate that the data source is loaded in memory ().

Close

• Click the Close icon (x) that is associated with an open flow object in the navigation bar.
• Right-click an open flow object in the navigation bar, and then do one of the following:
  • To close the selected flow, click Close.
  • To close all open flows except the selected flow, click Close others.
  • To close all open flows, click Close all.
